Firm Reactor collects the minimum information needed to evaluate and respond to Reactor Report applications. This page describes exactly what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Application form data: your name, firm name, email, optional phone number, and the workflow context you describe. We ask you not to include sensitive client financial information, and we do not need it to start.
• Basic technical data: our hosting infrastructure records standard server logs (IP address, request time) for security and abuse prevention.

What we do with it

• Application data is delivered to our business email and used only to evaluate fit and respond to you.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
• We use a transactional email provider to deliver applications; it processes your form data solely to transmit the message.

What we do not do

• No advertising trackers, no third-party marketing cookies.
• No collection of client tax or financial records through this site.

Retention and your choices

We keep application emails for as long as needed to run the founding-firm program. Email us at hello@firmreactor.io to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion, and we will honor it.
